I am a Vitality Health & Lifestyle Screening Practitioner and Holistic Health and Wellbeing Coach, with over 15 years’ experience in the wellbeing field, dedicated to helping people achieve health and wellbeing goals and lasting balance in body, mind, and spirit.

My approach blends the wisdom of well-established coaching and self care models and the precision of modern health and lifestyle screening to create a personalised pathway to wellbeing.

I believe true health begins from within and that the body given the right tools, can heal itself. By combining functional health assessments and lifestyle evaluations, with mindful coaching, I help clients uncover the root causes of imbalance and guide them toward sustainable, empowered change. Whether it’s improving energy, managing stress, enhancing nutrition, losing weight or restoring vitality, each journey is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
